DIP Insert Line Features:

1. this machine is used for the PCB board plug-in components for the assembly, it is used in front of wave soldering machine;

2. we can add tracheal tube, gas tube and other equipments;

this dip line/dip assembly line is to insert the components on PCB or assembly CFL .

1.Working place arranged at one side beside the conveyor.

2.Motor running ,Chain moving .

3.Our normal length is 12m ,one working place per 1 meter,totally 12 working places

4.Line width is about 900mm ,total height about 1600mm ,working height 740mm.

5.Materials :stainless steel and aluminum .

6.Suitable PCB width 35-300mm width can adjustable.

7.fix 40 W fluorescent tube per working place ,totally 12 tubes.
